(Skinny) Margarita Monday!

The first Monday of 2013 is almost in the books. Why not celebrate AND stick to your diet? Check out this recipe for a skinny margarita and hey, if it’s cold outside you can envision yourself on a beach somewhere…like this:

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces silver tequila (we recommend Cuervo Silver or Patron)
  • 1 1/2 ounces lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 ounce agave nectar

Total calories: 220 calories

Note: Substitute the agave nectar for sugar-free sweetener (try Splenda or Monin Sugar-Free Triple Sec) for a 140-calorie version of the drink. Not bad!
